1. Platform Overview

SastaDukan is a multi-vendor marketplace where multiple sellers can list and sell their products. We act only as a technology platform and do not directly sell products unless stated.

2. Vendor Registration & Responsibility

• Vendors must provide accurate and complete information.
• Vendors are fully responsible for their products, pricing, stock and descriptions.
• Illegal, fake, or prohibited products are strictly not allowed.

3. Product Quality & Authenticity

Each vendor is solely responsible for the quality, originality, and authenticity of their products. SastaDukan reserves the right to remove any product without notice if it violates policies.

4. Orders & Payments

• All payments are processed through the platform or approved methods.
• Vendors will receive payouts according to the payment schedule.
• SastaDukan may deduct commission or service charges.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Vendors are responsible for timely shipping. Delays, damaged items, or wrong deliveries are the vendor’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

Each vendor must clearly define their return and refund policy. Disputes will be handled according to platform policy and fairness.

7. Account Suspension

SastaDukan reserves the right to suspend or terminate any vendor or user account that violates rules, commits fraud, or harms the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

Vendors must not upload copyrighted or stolen content. All logos, images, and product content must be owned or legally usable by the vendor.

9. Limitation of Liability

SastaDukan is not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute between buyer and seller. We only provide the marketplace technology.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the changes.
